We had a couple of guys out last week who were excellent, very informative they inspected the roof and cleaned the gutters (which were shocking looking at his images) they compiled a report which has been sent off now awaiting authorisation on the work required.
They asked me to keep an eye on it during the bad weather, yesterday we had torrential rain for a couple of hours, water only managed to creep in 1 area which the guys previously warned me was a problem area because of the porous brickwork they had seen when inspecting the roof.
So a massive improvement already, there were only minimal drips, if that rain would have come the week before it would of been carnage!
