Re-Roofing / Refurbishment

A lot of our work involves working on existing buildings such as hospitals, schools, shopping centres, heritage projects, etc.

Whether it’s an upgrade to improve insulation, alterations to the roof covering following other building works, or to address a worn or failing roof system, we can ensure you get the best possible solution for your project.

If you know what needs doing, that’s great, simply send us the drawings and specifications, not sure what you need, then our expert team can carry out a survey of your roof and make recommendations for you to consider, ensuring all works are compliant and in line with local council guidelines and current building regulations.

Roofing Maintenance

Once installed your roof is at the mercy of the elements and it’s important that any issues are dealt with as quickly as they arise, for example, loose flashing, loose slates, or indeed any other type of damage to the roof.

We provide our clients with routine maintenance services, carrying out inspections at agreed intervals, as well as emergency repairs should “lightning strike”.

Of course, if lightning is considered a real issue, we can supply and install a range of lightning protection equipment.

We have a highly skilled workforce of over 50 employees as well as a large Supervisory and Management Team, all of whom are fully trained and are approved installers of the majority of different roofing systems on the market giving you peace of mind that your works are being completed to the highest standards.

All of our tradesmen hold valid CSCS cards and with ongoing and up-to-date training methods are committed to working to current UK Health and Safety Regulations.
