Quite the location, quite the property, Auchendenan House is Baronial Castle, built during the 19th century, it is located in the Trossachs National Park overlooking Loch Lomond.
Group Tegula were commissioned to complete repairs to Westmoreland slate roof covering and repairs to lead ridge and hip detail and central lead gutters.
Ashford Grove, Mitford, Morpeth
A new build development of 4 prestigious properties, valued in excess of £1 million pounds each.
Group tegula were responsible for the roofing which comprised Proctor Roofshield membrane, 50mm x 25mm treated/graded battens and reclaimed Welsh Slates, mortar pointed verge and ridge detail formed with timber mopstick roll, and Code 5 lead ridge capping.
