Site Supervisor

The post holder will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of roofing
installations, refurbishments and repairs.

They will manage and lead other members of the team and sub-contractors if applicable.

They will be accountable for the roofing operatives within their team in delivery and performance on site.

They will also be first point of contact for the Client and manage Client expectations and be responsible for Health and Safety onsite.

Details:

  • Hourly Rate
  • Normal working hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm Friday
  • The post holder will be required to work overtime when necessary
  • Permanent contract with 6 months probationary period
  • Company Vehicle – van

Requirements:

  • Full, clean driving licence

  • SSSTS Training

  • Ukata Cat B

  • IPAF

  • PASMA

  • First Aid

  • CSCS card

Qualified Roofer

We are looking for an experienced, qualified roofer to work on social housing contracts.

The role involves working in a small team completing repairs on pitch and flat residential roofs.

Details:

  • Rate Negotiable
  • 39 Hours per Week – Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm

Requirements:

  • NVQ in slating/tiling or flat roofing
  • CSCS Working at Heights card prefered but NOT essential
  • 5 years plus experience
  • Full Clean Driving License

Must be willing to work away when necessary (Transport Provided)

Experienced Slater/Tiler

Details:

  • Hourly Rate: £14.00 – £16.00
  • 39 Hours per Week – Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm

Requirements:

  • Qualified slater/tiler
  • CSCS Skills Card
  • Full Clean Driving License

Must be willing to work away when necessary (Transport Provided)
