Group Tegula is thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Rachael Chapman, who has joined us as a Contracts Coordinator.
Let’s hear from Rachael as she shares her background, the reasons behind her decision to join Group Tegula, and the role she will be undertaking:
About Me:
My journey began with a passion for computer science during my university years, which eventually led me down the path of project management, culminating in a master’s degree in the field.
This educational journey paved the way for my previous role as a project manager, where I spent approximately a year and a half immersed in a diverse array of projects. These projects encompassed a wide spectrum, ranging from website development to the implementation of new software systems and orchestrating complex office relocations.
Why I Joined Group Tegula:
The opportunity to join Group Tegula as a Contracts Coordinator felt like the logical next step for me. I was drawn to this role because it provides an avenue for me to gain deeper insights into the project management side of the industry.
This role also allows me to leverage my existing skills, qualifications, and experience while simultaneously upskilling myself in contract management. I am eager to learn the ins and outs of this role with the aim of advancing my career further.
What I Will Be Doing:
In my capacity as a Contracts Coordinator, I will work closely with the contracts management team.
My responsibilities will include organizing materials, equipment, and labor resources for various projects. I will also play a crucial role in recording new information on performance and supporting the company’s quality management system.
