Group Tegula is excited to introduce our newest team member, Jane Myers, who has joined us as an HR Officer. 


Let’s hear from Jane as she shares her background, the reasons behind her decision to join Group Tegula, and the role she will be undertaking:

About Me:

After working in retail finance for 8 years I re-trained as a teacher and started a small company which delivered contracted services for local councils in Community Education. 

I recruited and managed teaching staff as well as helping them develop their skills through learning and development programmes for over 10 years.  Through Covid-19 I studied to gain my formal qualifications in HR and People Management through the Chartered Institute of People Management (CIPD), of which I am an associate member.

Why I Joined Group Tegula:

I joined Group Tegula as its current phase of growth and improvement is a challenge I am keen to be a part of.

What I Will Be Doing:

I will be taking up the role of HR Officer, supporting our HR Director, handling recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UK employment laws to support a positive and efficient work environment.
