I think it’s fair to say we all crave the simple life, and we certainly try to keep things simple for our clients.

When it comes to roofing, we know our stuff, whether you’re looking for a new roofing solution or need an existing roof updated or repaired, we’ll ensure you understand all of the options available, and help you to make the right decision.

But, as you can imagine, our clients’ projects regularly include a wider scope, particularly if the new roof is part of a larger new build or indeed refurbishment project.

Additional Scope - Painting Staircases

More often than not we’ll be working with a building contractor, but if the additional scope is minimal or our client does not have a building contractor in mind, we can take on a wider scope, giving our clients a single point of contact, saving them the headache of managing multiple suppliers.

Of course, we’re not a builder and don’t plan to become one, but if there is some additional fitting work required, internally or externally, we have the option to bring in the necessary skills and get it done.

A recent project required us to get our spray guns and paintbrushes out, as we were asked to paint a number of the external staircases along with some extraction pipes.

Simple enough, except that access to some of the extraction units was tricky, and the pipes themselves ran at 125 degrees Celsius (and were in constant use). Fortunately, the coatings we were using were up to the job and no specialist equipment was needed.

Other projects have required us to include the following:

  • Remodelling of interior workspace:
    • Upgrading lighting
    • Upgrading toilets
    • Redecorating
  • Updating flooring:
    • Renewing the floorcoverings to office areas
    • Blast Tracking and Sealing the industrial floor areas
  • Updating the exterior:
    • New external wall coatings
    • Replacing roller shutter doors
    • Minor external road repairs and tarpaving

Whichever way you want to run your project, we’re happy to fit in. Our goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
