Ashford Grove - Morpeth
Location: Morpeth, Northumberland
Product: Slate Roofing
A new build development of 4 prestigious properties, valued in excess of £1 million pounds each.
Reclaimed Welsh Slates had been selected as the roofing of choice and Group Tegula were responsible for the installation, including sheet lead coverings to ridge and hip details, dormers and bay windows and zinc standing seam to low level roofs.

The roof was built up using Proctor Roofshield membrane, 50mm x 25mm treated/graded battens and reclaimed Welsh Slates, mortar pointed verge and ridge detail formed with timber mopstick roll, and Code 5 lead ridge capping.
