Group Tegula completed roofing works to repair alleviate water ingress issues to an aged built-up bitumen felt covered roof.
A robust waterproofing system, capable of managing the limited foot traffic associated with maintenance, was required and so the client opted for our Imper Paralon modified bitumen System.
This system carried a 20 year single point warranty for all areas waterproofed.
