Group Tegula completed a 9-month roofing project on a Ministry of Defence supply chain property in Southampton
The project involved the removal of the existing glazing rooflight and installation of polycarbonate insulated rooflights covering over 1000 linear meters. The roof areas with 9 bays were treated and overlaid with 2 coatings of the Sikalastic 625 system.
The white finish with a combination of red mineralised anti-skid walkway creates an exquisite and top-class solution revitalizing the 40-year-old roof.
Group Tegula is currently enjoying repeat business from the client as a result of our excellent and quality delivery. The roof has a SIKA Guarantee Cover of 20 years.
