The Great North Run is the biggest half marathon in the world and our very own Lee is running it this year in support of the Alzheimer’s Society.
Lee is running alongside his sister Hayley Redmayne in memory of John Nicholas Bamborough their loving Grandfather.
“He was more than just a grandfather he was our best friend and will always remain in our hearts. He gave us every second of his time and had the patience of a saint.
He was a true gentleman and always put others first. We learned almost everything from him and he’s dearly missed amongst our family.
He will live in our hearts forever ”
